TeSTING, INSPECTING & RE-CERTIFICATION

Under Health and Safety Legislation site managers & property owners are legally required to have all fall safety equipment & PPE inspected and recertified regularly.

Fall X Safety Services provide many types of testing of Fall protection systems. From cable-based Fall Restraint & Arrest systems, Rail track systems, Safety Eyebolts, Ladder ties & much more.

All systems are tested and inspected in accordance with the current British Standards. For cable system testing, we carry out visual & load testing on the anchors, but also the swaged ends of the cable system using our Hydrajaws testing equipment, which is calibrated & serviced annually by Hydrajaws.

Guardrail INSPECTIONS

In July 2021 the British Standard 13700:2021 was established. The new standard specifies that the counterweighted roof guardrails are to be inspected annually.
